  1. Orders & Acceptance
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • We reserve the right to:

    • Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions within Jordan.

  • Faya Boutique is not liable for delays caused by:

    • Customer unavailability
    • External courier delays
  1. Exchange Policy

7.1 General Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required under applicable Jordanian consumer protection laws.

7.2 Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented

7.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or without tags

7.4 Exchange Process

  • Exchanges may be completed:
    • In-store at Faya Boutique
    • Or via delivery (delivery fees may apply)
  1. Defective or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • In such cases, we will:
    • Replace the item (subject to availability), or
    • Offer store credit if replacement is not possible
  1. Compliance with Jordanian Consumer Protection Law

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017 and applicable regulations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Jordanian law:

  • Faya Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
